The highest number of stranded passengers was recorded in Central Visayas with 1,201, followed by Western Visayas with 1,044, and Northern Mindanao with 771.

Meanwhile, as a precautionary measure against the effects of the storm, 295 vessels and 66 motorbancas temporarily took shelter in designated anchorage areas in different regions of the country.

Central Visayas also recorded one of the highest numbers of affected vessels, with 66 ships and 510 rolling cargoes stranded, while Western Visayas had 337 rolling cargoes, and the Bicol Region had 559 stranded passengers.
