Ten Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) at the Olongapo District Jail Male Dormitory were awarded cash incentives for their outstanding craftsmanship in making Christmas parols.

Under the leadership of Acting District Jail Warden JCINSP Darrel G. Grezula, Mayor Atty. Rolen C. Paulino Jr. personally distributed Php 5,000 each to the recipients. The inmates collectively produced 85 parols, which were displayed across the city, bringing festive cheer to the community.

The program not only recognized the skills and dedication of the PDL but also underscored the value of livelihood initiatives within the correctional system.
