The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) remains on full alert until November 3 to ensure public safety and maintain peace and order during the observance of Undas 2026.
According to NCRPO data, approximately 2.2 million individuals visited cemeteries and columbaria across Metro Manila as of 6:00 PM on Sunday, November 1.
NCRPO spokesperson Police Lieutenant Colonel Hazel Asilo said the situation remains generally peaceful despite the influx of visitors paying their respects to departed loved ones.
Authorities continue to monitor cemeteries, columbaria, and other areas where large crowds are expected to gather.
The heightened security measures aim to ensure the safety of the public, particularly as travelers begin returning home following the Undas holidays.
