Described as “a palate-pleasing tour of a surprisingly diverse food scene,” the well-known magazine highlights the country’s rich culinary heritage and vibrant food culture. Metro Manila, in particular, stands out as a dynamic melting pot where Spanish, Chinese, and Malay influences come together in innovative and delicious ways.
Restaurants such as Manam, Toyo Eatery, and Kondwi were featured, showcasing the best offerings from their menus. Meanwhile, bakeries like Ho-land and Eng Bee Tin also received recognition for their specialties.
