Six Cebu police officers, including two colonels, are facing complaints before NAPOLCOM over an alleged scheme involving the sale of discounted vehicles that were not allegedly delivered or had irregular registrations.

Three complainants from Cebu province, including a businessman, a barangay chairman, and the sibling of a congressman from Lapu-Lapu City, personally filed the complaint before NAPOLCOM.
