The Department of Transportation–Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (DOTr MRT-3) will provide libreng sakay to all passengers this Wednesday, December 10, in observance of International Human Rights Day.

In an advisory, MRT-3 management said the free rides will be available during the system’s peak hours to benefit daily commuters.

Free Ride Schedule (December 10):

• 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
• 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

The MRT-3 has traditionally joined national and international observances promoting rights, welfare, and public service by offering free rides during select dates.

Passengers are encouraged to plan their trips accordingly to take advantage of the complimentary service.
