

Police authorities arrested a listed Most Wanted Person in a warrant operation conducted in Barangay Tabang, Guiguinto, Bulacan, at around 9:00 a.m. on May 21, 2026.
The suspect—identified by police as alias “Joey,” 43, a construction worker and resident of Tabang—was apprehended by the Tracker Team of the Guiguinto Municipal Police Station (MPS).
According to PLTCOL Allan B. Palomo, Chief of Police of Guiguinto MPS, the arrest was carried out by virtue of a warrant issued for violations of Section 5 and Section 11, Article II of Republic Act No. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002), under Criminal Case Nos. 3909 to 3911-M-2024.
The warrant of arrest was issued on May 15, 2026, by Hon. Maria Belinda C. Rama, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 14 in Malolos City, Bulacan.
After the arrest, authorities informed the suspect of his constitutional rights in accordance with legal procedures. He is currently under the custody of Guiguinto MPS for documentation and proper disposition prior to turnover to the issuing court.
PCOL Jay B. Baybayan, Officer-in-Charge of the Bulacan Police Provincial Office (Bulacan PPO), said the provincial police will continue intensifying operations against wanted individuals.
