Actor Mikael Daez showed full support for his wife, beauty queen-actress Megan Young, as she attended the much-anticipated comeback concert of K-pop sensation BTS on Saturday, March 21.
Daez accompanied Young to Seoul ahead of the live performance at Gwanghwamun Square.
“This is my wife’s moment!! She is finally going to watch BTS LIVE AND IN PERSON!” Daez posted, expressing his excitement on social media.
He added, “For all the partners out there, I would equate this moment to watching an Olympic gold medal basketball game, the 7th game of the NBA championship, or watching MJ in his prime!!”
Daez also shared a playful glimpse into his role during the concert, writing, “So Boneezy only has one job to do and that is to take it all in while Leon and I just need to make sure we get out of the way, and of course, take many photos and videos of mama crying her army heart out. Lezzgooooo!!!”
This is not the first time Daez has supported his wife’s K-pop fandom. He previously joined Young at a Seventeen concert in October 2022 in Bulacan, Philippines.
Fans who cannot attend the show in person can also catch BTS’s comeback concert live on NetflixPH on March 21, 2026, at 7 p.m. Philippine time.
Meanwhile, in an Instagram post, Young also shared glimpses of her journey, proudly embracing her “fangirl era” as she arrived in South Korea with her husband and their son Leon.
“I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT I AM GONNA WATCH BTS,” she wrote in one of her social media posts.
She added, “I am over the moon to just be in Seoul with my family and then I get to watch OT7 live for the first time ever… during their comeback pa?!??”
The actress described the opportunity as an “answered prayer,” expressing gratitude for finally seeing the seven-member group perform live together.
