Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto has once again given the internet something to laugh about. This time, Pasig’s beloved tito online went viral for puzzling over the use of fancy fonts.

In a post shared by the Pasig City Public Information Office, a bold serif font was used for the caption.

The mayor, who has, time and again, proven himself a competent, upright servant-leader, showed a side of him people could relate to, or found adorable: being clueless about social media features.

“Pano nyo ginagawa yung iba ibang font,” he commented.

Netizens were quick to respond. Some replied to his comment with a link to a site or screenshots of an app that allows users to copy-paste whatever they type into it in different fonts. Others gushed over how cute the honest question was.

There were jokes too, like one about Vico getting a new phone—a long-running joke online. Netizens have been urging the mayor to buy a new phone, after earlier tito moments like the time he recorded himself and the video came out in low-resolution, and when he borrowed someone else’s phone to take a crisp selfie with a supporter’s DIY promotional material.

Vico caught on fast. Just a day after, he shared a post using a fancy font.

And again, the day after that.

Netizens showered him with congratulations and puns.

Vico definitely knows how to keep things fun. For his mother, Coney Reyes’ birthday in May, he photoshopped a picture of himself, as a toddler sporting shades, into her arms, in a shot of her cradling a baby.
