President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. extended his greetings to the nation on Sunday, wishing all Filipinos a meaningful and blessed Holy Week.

In his message, the President called on the Filipino people to take a moment of pause, rest, and reflection during the solemn season. He highlighted the immeasurable love of Jesus Christ, emphasizing His obedience, sacrifice, and triumph over suffering and death.

“True greatness is not found in power, but in sacrifice; not in privilege, but in service; and not in comfort, but in the courage to carry the burdens of others,” the President said.

He encouraged Filipinos to deepen their love for one another, serve faithfully, and face life’s challenges with humility, perseverance, and hope. He also urged acts of compassion and extending a helping hand to those in need, keeping alive the spirit of Christ’s message.

The Executive Chief further called on the nation to remain united in purpose, guided by faith, and inspired by selfless service. He highlighted the collective effort needed to work for the welfare of families, strengthen communities, and achieve a more compassionate and prosperous Bagong Pilipinas.

“I wish everyone a meaningful and blessed Holy Week,” he concluded.
