Malacañang’s ceremonial hall is ready as President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. prepares to sign the 2026 national budget today Monday, January 5.

According to the report in dzRH's Damdaming Bayan by Leth Narciso, the signing ceremony is scheduled for 10 a.m. this Monday for the ₱6.793 trillion General Appropriations Act (GAA).

Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto III and House Speaker Faustino “Bojie” Dy III, along with other senators and congressmen, are expected to witness the event.

The Palace previously announced that the 2026 budget would be signed in the first week of January, following a thorough review by the President and his team to ensure proper allocation of funds.
