

President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. has replaced two officials of the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB), according to an appointment paper dated October 6, 2025, issued by Malacañang Palace.
The document, addressed to MTRCB Chairperson Diorella Maria G. Sotto-Antonio, stated that Pedro Cesar Gabriel Atienza Solidum and Mynoa Refazo Sto. Domingo have been appointed as new members of the MTRCB, replacing Zeny A. Mancilla and Maria Marta Ines A. Dayrit, respectively.
Their appointments are effective immediately and will run until September 30, 2026.
"By virtue hereof, they may qualify and perform the duties of the office, furnishing the Office of the President and the Civil Service Commission with copies of their Oaths of Office," the Palace said.
The MTRCB, an attached agency under the Office of the President, is responsible for reviewing and classifying television programs and films for public exhibition in the Philippines.
