The Manila North Cemetery (MNC) administration is advising the public to visit early during Undas to avoid heavy crowding and take advantage of favorable weather conditions.
MNC Director Dandan Tan said the number of visitors is expected to significantly increase starting around 9:00 a.m. The cemetery recorded more than 300 visitors when gates opened at 5:00 a.m.
To ensure a safe and orderly observance, the cemetery has provided several services for the public, including:

Online tomb locator assistance

Tagging system for children

Free wheelchairs for senior citizens and PWDs

Free drinking water

Portable toilets within the cemetery grounds
Visitors are reminded that the following are strictly prohibited:

Firearms and sharp objects such as knives and cutters

Alcoholic beverages

Pets
Additional CCTV cameras have also been installed around the cemetery to bolster security and help ensure the safety of all visitors during the observance.
