All courts in Manila will shift to the work-from-home (WFH) setup from Monday to Tuesday (November 17 to 18, 2025), while the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) continues to hold their demonstrations.

Manila-area courts like the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals (Manila), including the Sandiganbayan and Court of Tax Appeals, will be working from home, while a skeleton workforce remains in their primary offices.

• Supreme Court: Work-from-home; skeleton workforce at the Docket-Receiving Section of the Judicial Records Office and Cash Collection and Disbursement Division of the Fiscal Management and Budget Office

• Court of Appeals Manila Station: Work-from-home; skeleton workforce at the One-Stop Processing Center, Finance Offices, General Services Division, and Medical Division

• Sandiganbayan: Work-from-home; skeleton workforce at the Office of the Executive Clerk of Court IV, Judicial Records Division, Security and Sheriff Services Division, and Cashier Section

• Court of Tax Appeals: Work-from-home; skeleton workforce at the Division Clerks of Court Offices, Docketing-Receiving Section, Judicial Records Division, and Cash Division

• All courts in Manila proper: Work-from-home; skeleton workforce present to address immediate cases

The Supreme Court advised the public to reach out to their respective courts for urgent transactions and ensure the early submission of documents.

The INC is holding a three-day protest, beginning on Sunday, November 16, and ending on Tuesday, November 18.
