The Malabon City Government has announced the release of the second batch of its Malabon Ahon Blue Card Educational Cash Assistance, benefiting 524 students from Grade 1.

Under the Eskwela Savings Project, beneficiaries may claim their ₱1,000 educational cash assistance starting December 15, 2025, at 8:00 AM until January 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

Mayor Jeannie Sandoval said the program aims to help parents cover essential school-related expenses such as supplies, transportation, and other needs. She added that the Malabon Ahon Blue Card, previously intended only for families, now includes students to extend support to more residents.
