The Low Pressure Area (LPA) formerly known as “Ada” is now outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), according to PAGASA on Thursday, January 22.
As of 2:00 a.m., the former “Ada” was located about 1,145 kilometers east of Southern Luzon.
Meanwhile, another LPA was monitored outside PAR, positioned about 2,000 kilometers east of Northeastern Mindanao.
PAGASA said that both LPAs are unlikely to develop into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.
