Pride PH announced that this year’s #LOVELAB4N Pride March and Festival drew an estimated 561,000 participants nationwide, with around 300,000 attendees gathering at the University of the Philippines Diliman in Quezon City, making it the largest Pride celebration ever organized in Asia, according to the event organizers.

In a Facebook post released following the conclusion of the nationwide festivities, Pride PH expressed gratitude to the hundreds of thousands of participants, volunteers, performers, and partner organizations who took part in synchronized Pride events across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao under the #OnePridePH campaign.

The organization said the overwhelming turnout reflected the LGBTQIA+ community’s continued commitment to equality, visibility, and collective action.

“Maraming salamat! We made history nationwide! Grabe ang pasabog ng pagmamahal at paninindigan! Isang nag-aalab na pasasalamat sa lahat ng naki-rampa, naki-martsa, at naki-saya sa #LOVELAB4N. Sabay-sabay nating ipinakita ang lakas ng paggalaw nang sama-sama at patuloy na binigyang-buhay ang ating pambansang rampa,” Pride PH said.

Organizers also recognized the contributions of partner organizations that led local Pride events throughout the country, saying the coordinated celebrations demonstrated the growing reach and unity of the Philippine LGBTQIA+ movement.

According to Pride PH, approximately 300,000 people attended the flagship celebration at UP Diliman, while simultaneous events across various regions brought the total nationwide participation to 561,000.

The group described the achievement as a historic milestone for the country and the region.

“Dahil sa inyong walang katulad na suporta at tapang, na-achieve natin ang biggest and baddest Pride event in Asia!” the organization said.

Pride PH added that every march, performance, and call for equal rights represented a collective stand for inclusion and human dignity, emphasizing that the movement extends beyond Pride Month.

The organization concluded by encouraging Filipinos to continue advocating for equality and acceptance, saying the nationwide celebration demonstrated the enduring strength, resilience, and solidarity of the LGBTQIA+ community across the Philippines.
