Sharon Cuneta and Kiko Pangilinan flew to New York City earlier this week to bring a special surprise for their daughter, Frankie Pangilinan.
On Monday, May 19, the actress-singer uploaded a series of Instagram posts, documenting Frankie’s graduation day. The actress shared a photo of Frankie with fellow students from The New School in New York.
Apart from the couple, Frankie’s two siblings also flew to New York to attend her graduation. However, Sharon stated that their special surprise for Frankie was that they brought Yaya Irish.
“Our surprise for @frankiepangilinan on her grad was her Yaya Irish! We brought her with us because she has taken care of Kakie for years now and they are so close!” she captioned her post.

The heartwarming reunion was followed by a snap of their family together after the graduation ceremony.

Following the graduation ceremony, the family celebrated at Chinatown in New York.
Meanwhile, Senator Kiko was unable to attend the proclamation of newly elected senators due to Frankie’s graduation. In a Facebook post on Saturday, the senator thanked his siblings, Maricel, Nenettee, and Angeli, for filling in for him at the ceremony while he was away.
