The altar of Quiapo Church was adorned with vibrant red, maroon, and white flowers in celebration of the Feast of Jesus Nazareno 2026 on January 9.
Altar designer and florist Paul Marlou Victoria shared his creation on Facebook, showcasing the intricate floral arrangement.
In his caption, he wrote, “Dapat SIYANG TUMAAS, at ako nama’y BUMABA. Lagi't lagi! Walang hanggang pasasalamat mahal na señor. Gayak para sa maluwalhating kapistahan ng mahal na poong jesus nazareno. Salamat pong muli sa pagkakataon makapaghandog ng talento.”
He shared another reel, saying, “With every flower placed, every candle lit, and every prayer whispered, we offer this altar in deep love and devotion to Nuestro Padre Jesús Nazareno.”
He added, “Each bloom represents a prayer of thanksgiving, a plea for mercy, a cry for healing, and a promise of continued devotion.”
He explained that the floral arrangements go beyond mere decoration—they serve as a reflection of faith, sacrifice, and steadfast hope.
