

Several areas in Metro Manila experienced flooding on Monday morning, August 17, due to rainfall brought by the southwest monsoon or Habagat, according to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).
As of 10:57 a.m., the MMDA reported flooding in the following areas:
Taguig City

The MMDA said the reports were based on monitoring by Metrobase, CCTV cameras, local government unit emergency operations centers, disaster operations centers and other agencies.
