“Kpop Demon Hunters” star EJAE and her fiancé have exchanged their “I Do’s” in a wedding ceremony in Seoul, South Korea.
The couple tied the knot on October 17 in a celebration that honored their Korean heritage, according to an Instagram post by Vogue.
The ceremony took place at a venue close to EJAE’s heart, as her grandparents had lived in the house on the property when she was little.
A Paebaek ceremony and welcome party featuring Korean fusion cuisine kicked off the weekend of the wedding.
The reception, which took place in a glass house on the property, was “filled with dancing.”
The bride and groom started out as creative collaborators. A mutual friend had arranged for a songwriting session at Sam’s home studio back in May of 2017.
“We worked on a couple of songs, but mostly, we just connected,” EJAE said.
They remained professional until Sam confessed his feelings for her during a night out.
“They have been together ever since,” Vogue wrote.
