The Miss Grand International Organization has officially announced Keylyn Pan Guevara Trajano as the third representative of the Philippines to the inaugural Miss Grand International (MGI) All Stars 2026, joining previously confirmed Filipina delegates Fuschia Ravena and Alexa Nuñez.

The 30-year-old reality TV personality, actress, TV host, and entrepreneur brings a diverse background in entertainment, marketing, and advocacy to the global stage. Keylyn is widely recognized as the first transwoman to compete in female-dominated beauty pageants in the Philippines, as well as in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, marking a historic milestone for inclusivity in international pageantry.

Keylyn gained international recognition through her participation in Universal Woman International 2025, where she finished in the Top 12 and earned special awards, including Universal Woman Photogenic and Universal Voice. Her strong stage presence and advocacy-focused platform have positioned her as a compelling contender in the All Stars competition.

Beyond pageantry, Keylyn is the CEO and founder of Deal n’ Build Marketing Events and Production, founder of the What’s Matters Movement, and chairwoman of the Just Smile Charity Foundation. She is also affiliated with Smile Train Philippines and TED International Speakers, using her platform to champion equality, inclusion, and youth empowerment.

She previously made headlines after becoming the first trans woman to join Miss Universe Pampanga, a historic bid she later withdrew from.

Meanwhile, pageant insiders have been buzzing with rumors that two more Filipinas may still be announced to represent the Philippines in the Miss Grand International All Stars competition, potentially expanding the country’s delegation in the inaugural edition.

The Miss Grand International All Stars (1st Edition) will be held in Thailand, with official activities starting on May 18, 2026. The grand coronation night is scheduled for May 30, 2026, at the MGI Hall in Bangkok, where delegates from around the world will compete for the All Stars crown.
