Former Pinoy Big Brother housemate Joj Agpangan has revealed that she is now a married woman. The reality TV alumna recently shared the news in a YouTube vlog, confirming that she quietly exchanged vows with her non-showbiz partner, Danny, in a private ceremony held last September.
According to Joj, the couple chose to keep their wedding under wraps, with only a small number of people in attendance. Observant fans also noticed that she has since added the surname “Fries” to her Instagram profile, subtly confirming her new marital status.
She had previously surprised her followers in October when she announced her engagement to Danny on social media, making the later revelation of their secret wedding even more unexpected.
Joj shared that they intentionally chose September 20 as their wedding date, as it coincided with her father’s birthday, making the occasion even more meaningful. She also disclosed that her parents were informed about the marriage only after the ceremony had already taken place.
“Actually we got married last September 20. We’re actually a married couple,” she shared in the vlog.
Following the wedding, Joj revealed that she has already applied for a spouse visa, with Danny assisting her throughout the process to help make their plans of living together in the United States possible.
She went on to reflect on how memorable 2025 has been for the couple, noting that they both got engaged and married within the same year. Joj and Danny also assured viewers that they would continue sharing updates about their married life in future vlogs.
As she wrapped up her video, Joj expressed that marrying Danny has been “one of the best decisions” she has ever made, adding that she confidently said yes to her “soulmate.”
