As the saying goes, the early bird catches the worm—but isn’t always at the right wedding.

Actor-comedian John Feir has netizens laughing again after bagging an “Earliest Bird” Award for being months early to actor Mikoy Morales and his non-showbiz partner Isabel Garcia’s wedding ceremony.

“Right place at the right time. Best wishes Mikoy and Isa love you both,” John posted in his pictures with the newly-married couple, who officially tied the knot on Saturday, March 14.

In January, John unwittingly attended the wrong wedding after mistaking the date of the couple’s nuptials in their invitation. Mikoy and Isabel had asked guests to confirm their attendance by January 3, which John misread as the date of the wedding.

“Kung sinuman ang kinasal kaninang 4pm nang hapon sa Don Bosco, Makati - baka po pwedeng makahingi ng kopya ng SDE (same-day edit). Andun po si john feir, siya lang ang naka-Barong,” Mikoy wrote on Facebook, alongside a screenshot of his conversation with John.

Mikoy and Isabel were engaged in February 2025 after a movie theatre proposal.
