The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is expected to affect Palawan, the Visayas, and Mindanao on Tuesday, September 29, according to PAGASA.
Based on PAGASA's 4 a.m. weather bulletin, Western Visayas, the Negros Island Region, Central Visayas, the Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, Caraga, and Palawan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ.
Meanwhile, the rest of the Visayas and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, also due to the ITCZ.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon are forecast to experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA warned that flash floods and landslides may occur in areas affected by moderate to at times heavy rains and severe thunderstorms.
In Metro Manila, sunrise is expected at 5:46 a.m., while sunset will be at 5:47 p.m.
