The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is affecting Mindanao on Friday, bringing cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms, according to PAGASA.

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the state weather bureau said this weather condition will be experienced in Caraga, Davao Region, and Palawan. The rest of Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, also due to the ITCZ.

Meanwhile, the Northeast Monsoon affects Northern Luzon, particularly Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, and Ifugao, bringing cloudy skies with rain.

Ilocos Region and the rest of the Cordillera Administrative Region will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains, with no significant impact expected.

Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Aurora, and Quezon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the easterlies.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms also due to easterlies.

Sunrise is at 6:15 a.m., and sunset will be at 5:31 p.m
