

The Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) has asked the Department of Justice (DOJ) to issue a new Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) against 19 individuals amid its ongoing probe into alleged irregularities in flood control and other substandard infrastructure projects.
In a press release, the ICI said it submitted a request for issuance of ILBO to the DOJ on October 13 to prevent the possible flight of persons linked to the questionable projects currently under investigation.
The individuals named in the latest request include:

- Arturo “Art” Atayde
- Alvin Tan
- Bong Marasigan
- Elmer de Leon
- Ed Fuentebella
- Johnny Santos
- John Mary Vianney Parago
- Alvin Mariano
- Ryan Uy
- Darryl Recio
- Nestor Venturina
- Benjie Tocol
- Romeo “Bogs” Magalong Jr.
- District Engr. Ramon Devanadera
- District Engr. Johnny Protesta Jr.
- District Engr. Aristotle Ramos
- District Engr. Michael P. Rosaria
- Engr. Angelita Garucha.
It can be recalled that the ICI had earlier sought the issuance of an ILBO against several high-ranking officials and lawmakers, including former House Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez, Senator Joel Villanueva, and former Ako Bicol Party-list Representative Zaldy Co.
The earlier request covered more than 30 individuals, among them Senate President Francis Joseph “Chiz” Escudero, Senators Jose “Jinggoy” Estrada and Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr., Makati Mayor Mar-Len Abigail “Abby” Binay, and several members of the House of Representatives.
