The prosecution before the International Criminal Court (ICC) is set to submit seven additional applications under Rule 68(3) in the crimes against humanity case of former President Rodrigo Duterte before the end of November.

Meanwhile, ICC Trial Chamber III has granted the prosecution a total of 150 hours to present and examine its evidence during the upcoming trial against the former Philippine leader.

The developments come as the ICC prepares to begin Duterte's trial on November 30, 2026.
