The beloved ’90s sitcom “Home Along Da Riles” is officially making a return, this time on the big screen, with a film adaptation slated for release in 2026.
On December 28, actor-director Boy 2 Quizon shared on social media what appeared to be a teaser for the upcoming movie titled "Home Along Da Riles Da Reunion."
The short preview opens with a familiar sight—the iconic Cosme family home situated along the riles (railroad). It also features photographs of the Cosme family, led by Kevin Cosme, the role famously portrayed by the late King of Comedy Dolphy Quizon.
As the teaser nears its end, the film’s title is revealed, followed by the confirmation of Quizon as the movie’s director.
"The legacy continues in 2026," the teaser concludes.
Originally premiering in 1992, "Home Along Da Riles" dominated primetime television and held the top-rating spot for 17 consecutive years.
In December 2024, the show’s remaining cast members also hinted at the franchise’s comeback, teasing the return of "Home Along Da Riles" in 2025—fueling excitement that has now culminated in the confirmed 2026 film release.
