

Gilas Pilipinas has officially announced its roster for the 33rd Southeast Asian Games, the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP) confirmed Thursday.
Under the guidance of head coach Norman Black, the squad will feature a blend of seasoned veterans, rising stars, and collegiate standouts.

“After navigating initially unclear and constantly changing player eligibility rules, we have submitted the roster to the local organizing committee. It has been vetted and pre-approved,” the SBP said in a statement.
“We are deeply grateful to all the players for putting everything aside to represent Gilas.”
The SBP also extended thanks to the PBA, UAAP, NCAA, and Japanese B-League for allowing their players to compete internationally.
Gilas Pilipinas will compete in Thailand on December 9 to 20, alongside the rest of the Philippine delegation, aiming to reclaim regional supremacy in men’s basketball.
