The Palace announced on Thursday that the 2024 performance-based bonus for all government employees will be released this year.

“Ang fiscal year 2024 performance-based bonus para sa mga kuwalipikadong kawani ng pamahalaan ay ipo-proseso at inaasahang maipagkakaloob ngayong taon. Baka mas maaga pa, earlier,” Palace Press Officer Claire Castro said during a press conference.

She said the news had come straight from the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), and that the bonuses are covered under the 2026 General Appropriations Act.

The Memorandum Circular No. 2026-1, dated July 3, 2026, was released by the Technical Working Group (TWG) in accordance with Executive Order No. 61 (s. 2024).
