

A fire broke out at a warehouse along Felipe Pike Street in Barangay Bagong Ilog, Pasig City, on Thursday evening, August 13, reaching up to the third alarm, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said.
The fire was reported at around 9:53 p.m., with the first alarm raised at 9:54 p.m.
The blaze reached the third alarm at 10:22 p.m., as responding firefighters faced difficulties containing the fire.
The situation was brought under control at 12:14 a.m. on Friday, August 14.
The six employees who were staying at the warehouse managed to escape safely.
Meanwhile, a vehicle inside the warehouse was also reportedly destroyed by the fire.
The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) said no casualties or injuries were recorded during the incident.
Authorities has yet to determine the cause of the fire and cost of damage to property.
