The FBI in Dallas has announced a reward of up to $25,000 for information that could lead to the arrest and conviction of a Filipino national accused of participating in an online child exploitation network operating on gaming and social media platforms from 2019 to 2021.

Authorities identified the suspect as Austin Jan Sy Yatco, who faces federal charges of conspiracy to produce child pornography and conspiracy to receive and distribute child pornography.

Investigators allege Yatco was part of an online group that targeted minor victims and pressured them into creating explicit material, which was then shared among members of the network.

A federal arrest warrant for Yatco was issued on January 23, 2026, by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York in Brooklyn.

The U.S. bureau described Yatco as a male born August 27, 1998, in San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines; about 5-foot-7, weighs approximately 149 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. He is of Asian/Pacific Islander descent and holds a computer science degree, with experience in the technology sector.

Officials said Yatco has connections to Plano, Texas, and the Philippines, where he is believed to be located.

The FBI said the case involves allegations of sexual exploitation of children and the production and distribution of material involving minors.

Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI (1-800-225-5324), reach their nearest FBI field office or U.S. embassy or consulate, or submit tips through tips.fbi.gov.
