Start your engines, because the Filipina Moon Goddess is back to slay!
RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 11 has officially revealed its latest gag-worthy lineup, and among the returning queens is none other than Aura Mayari, ready to take another shot at the crown.
Aura, who first strutted into the werkroom in RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 15, made her mark with a fierce win in the girl group challenge before sashaying away in 11th place after a lip sync for your life against Jax to Sweetest Pie.
That season, later crowned by drag icon Sasha Colby, also featured fellow Filipina queen Anetra and went on to snatch an Emmy—cementing its place in drag race herstory.
Now, Aura is back in full fantasy mode, officially announced during the “Meet the Queens” drop on Thursday, April 23. She’ll be competing in Bracket 2, alongside a stacked roster of All-Star legends, including Vivacious, April Carrion, Silky Nutmeg Ganache, Crystal Methyd, and her Season 15 sister Salina EsTitties. Talk about a cast that’s serving charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent on a platinum platter.
Named after the Kapampangan moon goddess, Aura Mayari’s drag identity is deeply rooted in Filipino mythology and queer culture—her name also playfully nods to the slang “awra.” And this time, she’s stepping back into the werkroom with a clearer mindset and a softer edge.
“I think my most iconic runway had to be the ‘Beautiful Nightmare,’ where I showed up in a beautiful gown—and then I turned around, and my back was exposed. It was a symbol for mental health,” Aura shared in her Meet the Queens interview.“
"I doubted myself a lot during my season. Obviously, I was going through a lot… This time around, I just wanna have a good time. Drag is fun. It’s not that serious. I’m really excited to be here.”
Meanwhile, the upcoming season is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious yet. RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 11 premieres on Friday, May 8, 2026, on Paramount+ with a two-episode debut.
The season will feature 18 returning queens competing in a brand-new “Tournament of All Stars” format, all vying for a grand cash prize of $200,000—raising the stakes higher than ever before.
From self-doubt to self-possession, Aura’s All Stars arc is shaping up to be a redemption storyline worth gagging over. With elevated looks, sharpened performance chops, and a renewed sense of purpose, the Filipina queen is ready to prove she’s not just safe—she’s top-tier.
And in true Drag Race fashion, the library is open, the stakes are higher, and Aura Mayari is back to turn it and burn it.
