All-queer dance collective Femme MNL clinched the gold medal in the Megacrew Division of the 2026 Hip Hop International (HHI) World Championship held in Arizona, USA, giving the Philippines its fourth consecutive world title in the category.
On Instagram, Hip Hop International announced the official results, with Femme MNL earning a total score of 7.61 points to secure the championship.
Another Philippine team, The Crew, followed closely behind with 7.38 points to claim the silver medal, marking a historic 1-2 finish for the country in the Megacrew Division.
The victory extended the Philippines’ winning streak in the Megacrew category to four straight titles, establishing the longest championship run by any country in HHI history. The feat surpassed New Zealand’s three consecutive Megacrew titles from 2011 to 2013, when The Royal Family dominated the division.
The 2026 World Hip Hop Dance Championship, held from July 28 to August 2 (PH time), saw Team Pilipinas deliver strong performances across multiple divisions.
In the Adult Division, HQ captured the gold medal, while Folk Jumpers earned the bronze. Meanwhile, Sayawatha Junior secured a bronze medal in the Junior Division.
Before competing on the international stage, Femme MNL held a fundraising concert titled “Femme in Manila” at Tanghalang Pasigueño on July 19, 2026, to help support their competition expenses.
The group previously placed second runner-up in the Big Crew Division at Dance Supremacy International 2025.
