Four vehicles were damaged after a falling acacia tree hit them in the blessing area near Gate 5 of the Minor Basilica of Our Lady of Manaoag on Thursday afternoon, January 29, around 5 p.m.

Based on photos posted by the Municipality of Manaoag on Facebook, authorities are assisting at the scene to remove the tree that fell on the vehicles.

According to reports, the owners were about to have their vehicles blessed when the tree suddenly fell.

A commuter van and a newly purchased SUV were heavily crushed, while two other SUVs sustained minor damages.

No injuries or fatalities were reported in the incident.
