More than two decades after becoming one of Asia's biggest pop culture phenomena, F4 proved their enduring appeal as Jerry Yan, Vanness Wu, and Vic Chou reunited with thousands of Filipino fans during the "F Forever" concert at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan on Saturday night.
The highly anticipated stop of the "F Forever 1st World Tour" transformed the country's largest indoor arena into a sea of glowing light sticks as fans sang along to the group's timeless hits that defined a generation.
Joining the trio was Taiwanese singer Ashin, frontman of the band Mayday, making the reunion even more memorable for concertgoers.
The concert featured a diamond-shaped center stage that allowed the performers to interact closely with audiences from all sides of the venue.
The show opened with fan favorites "Promise Me You'll Be My Bro," "Waiting for You," "Ask for More," and "First Time," immediately sending the crowd into a nostalgic frenzy.
Vanness Wu later took center stage for a series of solo performances, including "Dance Until We Die," "Save Me," and "Ur the Reason."
One of the night's most emotional moments came when he performed "Piece by Piece" while personal photos and memories with his loved ones were shown on the giant LED screens. He also surprised fans with a guitar rendition of Hillsong Worship's "Oceans" before continuing with "God Made a Girl" and "Pray."
"Long time no see. Mahal ko kayo," Vanness told the audience, drawing loud cheers from fans who have supported the group since the early 2000s.
Vic Chou also captivated the crowd with heartfelt performances of "Forever Love," "You Are My Courage," "Tell Me Why," "In Loving You," and "Make a Wish."
The arena erupted once again when the members reunited onstage to perform "Can't Lose You" while wearing angel wings as they walked through the standing section to greet fans up close.
The trio also performed some of F4's signature hits, including "Can't Help Falling in Love," "Ni Yao De Ai," "Meteor Rain," and "Forever and Ever," with thousands of concertgoers singing every lyric.
Ahead of the concert, Jerry Yan, Vanness Wu, and Vic Chou arrived separately at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport on Friday, where they were welcomed by excited Filipino fans eager to witness the long-awaited reunion.
F4 was formed in 2001 after Jerry Yan, Vanness Wu, Vic Chou, and Ken Chu starred in the blockbuster Taiwanese drama Meteor Garden, which became a cultural phenomenon across Asia, including the Philippines.
