An elderly woman using a wheelchair fell face-first onto the concrete ramp at the Manila South Cemetery during the observance of All Saints’ Day on November 1.

According to a report by Jecelle Ricafort, the woman had difficulty navigating the cemetery ramp as her wheelchair was being pushed by her husband, who is also a senior citizen.

Her husband was unable to control the wheelchair's wheels, causing it to lose control and resulting in the accident.

The elderly woman complained of knee pain following the incident.
