The body of an unidentified man was found dead outside the Senate premises along the Bypass Diokno Boulevard in Pasay City on Thursday, police said.

According to a report by RH Jecelle Ricafort, the initial information received by the Pasay City police station indicated that the man was believed to be around 60 years old and was reportedly a scavenger.

Police have yet to determine whether foul play was involved in his death.

Witnesses said the man had been sleeping in the area, but authorities have not yet established his identity.

Police are conducting an investigation into the incident.
