Filipino Olympian EJ Obiena cleared 5.90 meters to finish fifth in the men's pole vault at the Weltklasse Zürich 2026 Wanda Diamond League meeting in Letzigrund, Zurich, Switzerland.

Obiena successfully cleared 5.90m for the second time this season, delivering a strong performance in a star-studded field and earning a fifth-place finish in the prestigious Diamond League event.

The 5.90m mark also secured Obiena a spot at next year's World Athletics Championships, giving the Filipino pole vault star another major target to prepare for as he continues his 2026 campaign.
