The easterlies will continue to affect Extreme Northern Luzon on Sunday, September 13, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, PAGASA said Batanes and the Babuyan Islands may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by the easterlies.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country are expected to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA also said no Low Pressure Area (LPA) is currently being monitored for possible tropical cyclone formation.
