Easterlies are affecting Extreme Northern Luzon on Monday, September 14, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

In its 5 a.m. weather bulletin, PAGASA said Batanes and the Babuyan Islands will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the Easterlies.

Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by localized thunderstorms.

PAGASA also said a Low Pressure Area (LPA 09d) is being monitored outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
