

The easterlies will affect the country on Monday, March 23, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
Due to the easterlies, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, based on PAGASA’s 4 a.m. weather forecast.
For wind and coastal water conditions, Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will have light to moderate winds moving northeast to north, with slight to moderate coastal waters.
The rest of Luzon will experience light to moderate winds moving east to northeast, with slight to moderate coastal waters.
As of 8 a.m., PAGASA said no low pressure areas (LPA) are being monitored for tropical cyclone formation.
