The easterlies continue to affect Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao on Wednesday, April 22, according to PAGASA.

Based on the weather bureau’s forecast, Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Visayas, and Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies.

The rest of Luzon will have similar weather conditions caused by localized thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, as of this writing, PAGASA is not monitoring any Low Pressure Area (LPA) for possible tropical cyclone formation.
