Easterlies affect Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao on Tuesday, April 21

The easterlies are affecting Southern Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao on Tuesday, April 21, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
Based on PAGASA’s 4:00 a.m. weather forecast, Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, the Bicol Region, Visayas, and Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies.
Meanwhile, the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA added that no Low Pressure Area (LPA) is currently being monitored for possible tropical cyclone formation.
