The easterlies are affecting the country on Tuesday, April 28.

According to PAGASA’s 4 a.m. weather forecast, Lanao del Norte, Lanao del Sur, Maguindanao del Norte, Maguindanao del Sur, Zamboanga del Sur, and Misamis Occidental will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the easterlies.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, also caused by the easterlies.

Meanwhile, no Low Pressure Areas (LPA) are currently being monitored for tropical cyclone formation.
