The easterlies are affecting the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao on Monday, June 15, according to the state weather bureau, PAGASA.
PAGASA said Eastern Visayas, Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, and Davao Oriental will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the prevailing easterlies.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by localized thunderstorms.
As of this writing, PAGASA said no Low Pressure Area (LPA) is being monitored inside or outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) for possible tropical cyclone development.
