Alexandra Eala continues to set the standard in Philippine women’s tennis, maintaining her hold at the top of the PHILTA Women’s Singles rankings while leading a new generation of local standouts.

The latest rankings released by the Philippine Tennis Association (PHILTA) as of June 30, 2026 showed Eala at No. 1, followed by Tennielle Madis and Steffi Marithe Aludo, who completed the women’s singles top three.

Eala’s continued dominance in the domestic rankings comes as she reaches new heights on the international stage, highlighted by historic milestones on the WTA Tour and Grand Slam competitions.

The Filipina star has emerged as one of the country’s biggest tennis figures while competing against the world’s top players.

Madis secured the second spot in the singles rankings, continuing her strong campaign as one of the leading names in Philippine women’s tennis. Aludo followed at No. 3, further strengthening her position among the country’s elite players.

The rest of the singles top 10 featured Kaye Ann Emana at No. 4, Tiffany Nocos at No. 5, Elizabeth Abarquez at No. 6, Louriane Jallorina at No. 7, Marian Jade Capadocia at No. 8, Nina Angeline Alcala at No. 9, and Althea Faye Ong at No. 10.

In the Women’s Doubles rankings, Eala also remained on top, with Aludo and Madis again occupying the next two spots. Mikaela Vicencio ranked fourth, followed by Kaye Ann Emana, Micah Ella Emana, Abarquez, Annika Diwa, Rovie Baulite, and Alcala.

Eala is set to continue her international campaign at the Mubadala DC Open, where she will reunite with tennis legend Venus Williams for the doubles competition.

As Eala carries the Philippine flag on the global stage, the latest PHILTA rankings reflect the growing depth and competitiveness of women’s tennis in the country.
