

A male motorcycle rider died on Tuesday, March 31, after reportedly losing control of his vehicle along the northbound lane of Juan Luna Street in Tondo, Manila.
In a report by RH Boy Gonzales, the incident occurred at around 5:27 a.m. as the rider was heading toward Caloocan.
Police authorities confirmed that no other vehicles were involved in the crash.
“Bilang gumewang ‘yung motor sumemplang…ni-review namin ‘yung CCTV wala naman pong contact na nangyari [sa ibang vehicle] sumemplang lang po ‘yung isang motor. Pag semplang tumama ang mukha,” said Police Staff Sergeant Mark Hicap of the Manila Traffic Enforcement Unit.

According to Hicap, the rider apparently lost control of the motorcycle, resulting in a fatal fall. The impact of the crash caused immediate death at the scene.
The victim has been identified as a male resident of Barangay 32, Caloocan City, although authorities have not yet released his name.
The Manila Traffic Enforcement Unit continues to investigate the incident and is coordinating with the victim’s relatives for additional information.
