The Department of Transportation (DOTr) has released a list of emergency hotlines for passengers seeking assistance or wishing to report concerns as authorities prepare for the expected influx of travelers during Undas 2026.

In an advisory under its “Oplan Biyaheng Ayos: Undas 2026” campaign, the DOTr said its hotlines and those of its attached agencies are available to assist passengers traveling through bus terminals, seaports, airports, and train stations.
The agency encouraged the public to contact the designated hotlines for inquiries or to report concerns to help ensure their safety throughout the holiday travel period.
The advisory forms part of the government's preparations for the expected increase in passenger traffic ahead of All Saints’ Day on November 1 and All Souls’ Day on November 2.
The DOTr also reminded travelers to exercise caution and prioritize their safety while traveling.
